Returns (for UAE orders) and full refund (international orders) can be accommodated for any purchases from our list of jewelry collections with the following conditions:
1. Damaged while in transit
2. Possesses abnormal features (missing stones or broken chains)
The amount that will be refunded will only depend on the actual item price with the exclusion of the shipping fee.
3. Exchanges
In case the customer wishes to exchange the purchased jewellery due to size incompatibility, the customer can return the product by notifying us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. However, the shipping charge of AED 30 will be shouldered by the customer
If the 24 hours window period has already lapsed, we won’t be able to accept any returns anymore.
Any certifications should be returned along with the item. Quality inspection will be conducted prior to refund issuance.
For International orders, certain conditions apply such as:
1. If the parcel gets lost by the courier, the customer is entitled to 100% refund.
2. If the customer requests to cancel the order while the parcel is on transit, no refund is applicable.
The customer is rightful to receive a complete refund only after she sends a video and a photo of the actual damaged item within 24 hours upon receiving the shipment.
However, if the customer has decided not to return the product despite of the package passing through the receiver country's Customs clearance, we will deduct the inbound plus return shipping charge + 10% fuel surcharge from the overall refund amount.
Authenticity Notice
- To ensure that we are transparent about the materials that we use with our sparkling pieces, For our rings and necklaces where it's mentioned that it's authentic 925 or sterling silver materials, we provide free returns / free refunds in case it's proven by a certified jeweler or certified jewelry shops that our pieces don't contain the same material that's stated in the item description. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further details.
To apply for a dispute, we would be needing the following documents for review:
- Written confirmation from the licensed or certified jeweler or jewelry shop that the inspected piece isn't similar to the item description available in the web upon purchase.
- Contact details of the jeweler or jewelry shop
- Business license where the business is registered
Warranty Disclaimer
We offer a 1-month warranty from the date of delivery for any product issues related to discoloration, stone detachment, or manufacturing defects.
During this period, customers are eligible for either a full refund or a replacement, depending on the case.
This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear or lost.
