All orders are processed within 1 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped including the Tracking Number and portal where you can check the real-time status of your shipment.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer AED 15 flat rate shipping within the UAE and a free shipping service for orders above AED 149.

Deliveries are made from 11 AM until 8 PM on Saturday to Thursday.. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@shopglite.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
